Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR

Cygnus Ray ZR is one of the most stylish looking scooter, available in India. It is based on the first generation Ray, which was also the first scooter from the Japanese brand to introduce in India. The Cygnus Ray ZR, also known by just Ray ZR is the third generation of Ray. This model was launched in the year 2016 with some stylish outfits.

The new Ray ZR is equipped with many innovative features and some stylish cosmetic outfits. This new design structure has been inspired from the scooter Ego Avantiz available in the Malaysian market. The Cygnus Ray ZR gets front disc brakes with alloy wheels, 21-litre large underseat storage space, large front pockets for utility space, gorgeous instrument console with 3-dimensional appearance, key shutter lock, two-level adjustable seats, movable front fender and the deeply sculpted front mask. These features are unique to the Cygnus Ray ZR and this separates it from other scooters.

Ray ZR gets a powerful 113cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC engine capable enough to deliver a maximum power of 7.2 Ps @ 7500 rpm and peak torque of 8.1 Nm @ 5000 rpm. It features both kick and self-start mechanism to bring the engine to life. The Engine is mated to V-belt automatic transmission for smooth and seamless power transfer. The suspension system of this scooter consists of a telescopic fork at the front and unit swing arm suspension at the rear.
