After the guarantee period of 2 years the vyom scooty fails in many fronts ....no service centre for it , battery fails ...in just 2 years ... brake doesn't work properly...in short ..better buy another product which offers these facilities

E bike is fair on price no proper service centre in Kandivali west borivali west in this regard i worry after purchase

I purchased vyom ebike average only 50.km after number complaints battery replaced that give only 48 km average no customer care service availabel

I m buying this electronic vyom scooter 1 years back that time company not provide insurance and after six months they provide insurance why this type conversation to customers and that time say it's not insurance but when now I want to insurance they say it's not possible to insurance from this scooter. So please request to all customer customer when you buying this company vyom electronic scooter don't purchase. I used this scooter company say no insurance claims. One important thing if any fault the service is very very poor. When I purchased this scooter start problem after a 3 month and they take 15 days for service after some days gone again same problem the engineer solve this problem for again 15 days. Now after 1 years just passed again problem of oil leakage. And now I say to insurance they say when you purchase that scooter after 10 days insurance. But that time they not provide insurance and after six months they start insurance why this kind of conversation to that customer no insurance. So I say don't buying this tiranga vyom electronic scooter. I think Company care about his customer. The service is very very poor. When you buying. So many difficult in your scooter starting problem self start problem and suddenly stop when you running the scooter.
