Complete details of Yezdi Classic Motorcycle
Ideal Jawa has started the Indian operations from the year 1960, with the prime objective to make motorcycles for customers. Yezdi Deluxe is one such model from Ideal Jawa in their famous Yezdi range of motorcycles. All the motorcycles of Yezdi line-up looks similar in design and styling.
Powered by a 248.5 cc, 2-stroke, air-cooled engine, which revs at a similar range of Yezdi Roadking to produce a peak torque of 2.1 kgm @ 3500 rpm. The engine uses a 4-speed manual gearbox for transmitting the power to the rear wheels. The clutch plate assembly consists of 5 friction plates running in oil bath automatically during each gear change.
Front brake of this bike consists of a twin cam double leading shoe type brake and rear brake consists of single cam cam with single leading shoe. Like all other Yezdi motorcycles this bike also has hydraulic brakes with telescopic forks at front suspension and a hydraulic shock absorbers for rear suspension.
This motorcycle weighs 131 kg with a wheelbase of 1350 mm and a ground clearance of 150 mm.
