CBR1000RR Fireblade is an iconic sportbike with a very rich heritage. Honda has designed the Fireblade to a dual purpose motorcycle for sports as well as real-world riding. A very lightweight, good power to weight ratio, formidable power and very advanced electronics make the Fireblade a very outstanding performance where ever it goes.

Every motorcycle has its own sweet spot and for the CBR1000RR Fireblade, it lies on its three-way selectable riding modes, which can be programmed to make the machine suit to different conditions.

The CBR1000RR Fireblade comes equipped with Selectable Torque Control (with built-in Wheelie and Rear Lift Control), Selectable Engine Brake, optional Quickshifter with Downshift Assist and Power Selector. The Fireblade comes with a 999cc Liquid-cooled 4-stroke 16-valve DOHC Inline-4 cylinder engine. The engine produces a maximum power of 189 bhp of horsepower and a 114Nm peak torque.
Honda engine is very refined and ensures good power to conquer track and roads alike. The cornering ability of this bike is astonishing with the braking system comes in play to ensure very stable performance in all edges and turns with maximum comfortability and agility.

Honda has given a Diamond; aluminium composite twin spar chassis. The suspension setup of this sportbike comes with Telescopic inverted fork at the front and a Unit Pro-Link with gas-charged HMAS damper featuring 10-step preload and stepless compression and rebound damping adjustment is found at the rear. The braking system of the bike is done with Dual full-floating 320 mm (13 in) discs with four-piston radial-mounted callipers at the front and a Single 220 mm (8.7 in) disc with single-piston calliper forms the rear braking system.

Honda Cbr1000rr Fireblade

Honda has made use of the traditional titanium mufflers in the CBR1000RR like any other MotoGP bike have and this shed 3kg off, giving a very lightweight and a sensual growl. The incorporation of the new muffler with an internal exhaust valve improves performance and sounds of the Fireblade like no other. Honda engineers have worked towards to make the Fireblade very light in weight and this ultimate sportbike now comes at an overall weight of 196kg.
