Hero HX250R is one among the production based concept model, which was showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo. It is one of the most anticipated motorbikes from the Indian brand in recent times. This motorcycle has been styled brilliantly by Hero MotoCorp with the assistance of Erik Buell Racing (EBR). This concept model stands apart from other bikes that we had seen. Visually, the HX250R offers a commanding and aggressive road presence. It comes in dual tone colour scheme with sharp body panels and stylish decals. The twin headlamp with large windscreen adds the sporty nature of the bike. It features a large fuel tank which gels very well with the split seats. The tail part is sleek and pointed with split grab rails and LED tail light.
Powering up the HX is a brand new 249cc, single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine capable enough to deliver 30 bhp power and 26 Nm of torque. It is going to be the first Hero bike to feature 6-speed manual gearbox. Therefore, it is expected to become the fastest motorcycle, that Hero has ever produced.
The Honda CBR 250R, KTM RC 200, Bajaj RS 200 and the upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 250 will the competitors for HX250R.

Logo must be on the bike and dark navy blue colours also lunch with black red is not so attractive as navy dark blue.
The company have not yet lounch the bike that is very very disappointing to all the waiting person who wants to purchase. ..
So this bike must come in markets in some others colours so that the bike lovers love to purchases that bike .........
pls mention the launch date I am eager to own it as soon as possible and I want to be the 1st buyer of dis reckless machine !!!!!
And this bike price rate 1.3 lack non to 1.5 lack with abs
My likes: 31 B.H.P @ 9000 r.p.m is well better than the Honda's CBR-250R which delivers just 25.H.P,&a Torque of 22.9 Nm having,and 0-60kph in 3.76secs. Where as this HX 250R's does it in just 2.7 secs,thereby beating it in more than a second.
Honda CBR-250R HAS a good MILEAGE of 35.75 Kpl, which is even more than the Kawasaki Ninja 250R's 25Kpl.But I & you all will be disappointed as to why Hero's
HX 250R's Mileage has not been revealed in this
media ?!
My dis-likes:
1.Mileage or fuel-efficiency under Highway,City riding & overall conditions is unknown !!
2. Fuel Tank capacity is more bulky.,than that of any other 250R bikes.
3. Its Front Fairing seems more similar to their sister bikes as Karizma & the ZMR., which requires more change rather than being similar or same looks.
4.Its rider seat seems very unstuffed or very less cusioned & its rear seat is situated at a very higher position in comparison just as that in the Yamaha's YZF-R15 bike., which causes the the Indian riders to neglect to have such inconvenience. so this also need to be corrected by this Hero Corp.
P.S: Finally I say that a ride on it will give me all the difference & more comparisons associated with the sound it delivers as for its torque & throttle !!!
