Harley Davidson Touring FLHX Street Glide

The Harley Davidson Street Glide is a stripped down standard hot rod motorcycle. The inclusion of the Dual Halogen headlamps, brighter Tour-Pak luggage carrier lighting, brighter turn signals and brake lights, the beefy steering head makes its worthy package on roads and highways.



The Harley-Davidson StreetGlide indeed is a glide with its Batwing fairing that is made to deliver smoother air flow and reduced head buffeting like no other.

Engine

The Street Glide is perfectly endowed with Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine and make use of Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) as its fuel system. The engine produces a maximum torque of 111.4 ft-lb @ 3,250. The new engine is tuned to be very powerful and Harley claims that it is one of the coolest-running motors we’ve ever built. The engine is very smoother, stronger, more durable and also has crisper throttle response and a very truer and cleaner sound. Harley Davison has made every single part to be engineered to give more performance and ensures that it is one of the best motorcycles one could take to the highways with.



Harley has made sufficient improvements to the suspension system over the years and the responsive handling of the all-new dual bending valve front suspension and easily-adjustable emulsion rear shocks ensure good control and manoeuvrability. The Reflex dual disc linked Brembo brakes with ABS ensures that the stopping power of this Harley is top notch. The saddle of the Street Glide features a sculpted seat with a deeper contoured bucket and narrower neck. The seat ensures good back support and comfort. The infotainment system of this Harley-Davidson is simply better and realistically usable to the rider by all means. The Voice activation of music, phone and GPS is a very attractive feature. The full-length footboards also make it easy to shift gears and this makes it easy for highways and street rides full of fun and enjoyment. The saddlebags are very roomy on the inside and look sculpted and compact on the outside and help much when touring. The Street Glide is packed with 22.7 litres of a fuel tank.This 6-gallon fuel tank gives a very good riding range. The overall weight of the motorcycle is 368 kg.
