Complete details of Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak Motorcycle
Launched in India in July 2016.
This particular version of Multistrada is inspired from the annual hill climb event held in Colorado, USA. This model is slotted as the sports premium version of the Ducati's adventure segment Multistrada, based on the iconic Ducati Testastretta 1198.4cc engine. It is mated with 6-speed constant mesh gearbox and has different riding modes works with the help of ride-by-wire throttle. Other electronic additions are cruise control, Bosch 9ME cornering ABS, Vehicle Hold Control, Ducati Cornering Lights, traction control and wheelie control. Moreover, it features fully adjustable Ohlins USD forks and rear suspension, stainless steel Termignoni exhaust system and a carbon fibre windshield.
Tiger Explorer XC, BMW R1200GS, Aprilia Caponord 1200 ABS Travel, Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT and Suzuki V-Storm 1000 are the alternatives of this bike.
