Mr. Anil Manager of Bhurawala Hyundai was approached by us due to delay in delivery of car for the assurance of delivery in September, to which he said that he had instructed Mr. Sahil to convey message on 7th of September that the car delivery is not possible in this month, WHICH WAS NOT CONVEYED TO US ON THE SAID DATES.
We requested that if a customer is buying a car of 20 Lakh + he expects the car to be delivered on an auspicious day of Dusshera, which they are yet not able to commit for the delivery, as a customer I can understand the global shortage of chips and delivery schedule delay from the company, but we have booked the car well in advance for a delivery date and according to commitments by the Bhurawala Hyundai they are not able to fulfill the same and are blaming the company for not delivering the car on time. So we resorted to email complaints and a proper answer from the Dealer Bhurawala Hyundai for a confirmation of delivery of email, we have sent 5 EMAILS BUT YET NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY IN WRITTEN FROM THEM.
Before 2 days we get a call from Ms. Megha From Bhurawala Hyundai requesting us to send a message to them, that we do not have any complaint with dealership and close the complaint raised by us without any proper resolution of the same. We denied that we will not do so and closed the call, After some time Ms. Megha From Bhurawala Hyundai called again and started saying as Quoted by her on phone:- "Tame Dealership jode tamara sabandh kem bagado cho, ena thi kai tamaru saru thavanu nathi, etc. (WHY ARE YOU SPOILING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEALERSHIP, THIS WILL NOT BE OF ANY GOOD TO YOU.)"
This remark has astonished us and we contacted our sales person Mr. Sahil, but due to his sick leave was not able to attain the issue, we called Mr. Anil and asked what kind of training do you provide your staff, he then replied our all staff are trained properly, so we conveyed the incident to MR. ANIL and he called MS. MEGHA in his CABIN AND MS. MEGHA ACCEPTED THE FACT THAT SHE HAS SAID THE SAME THING TO US.
Please explain the meaning of this call, will our car be damaged? replaced with old spare parts? or create a malfunction in the car which is not at visible to us in the CAR? what assurance do we have that after giving 20 lakh + car and waiting for more than 1.5 month, SPOILED THE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A CAR.
