Does bullet classic 350 cc suitable for 5.4 inch height guys?

I am just 5.4 inch but healthy and weighs 62kg. Can i ride the classic bullet 350 cc easily on Indian city roads like Ahmadabad?
Should I purchase this bullet or not? Please advise. I took a test ride but i am fearing due to its weight. While driving its easy but when in lot of traffic is it maneuverable?
