I have a 150 cc yamaha sz rr . in morning when i start the bike and tu

I have a 150 cc yamaha sz rr . in morning when i start the bike and turn choke on . the rpm goes up for about 5-6 seconds and then bike turns off . i have to manually accelerate the bike after turning choke on . when weather is cold.
